Over time, my work has naturally evolved beyond traditional hypnotherapy alone.
Again and again, I found myself seeing the same thing — people were not only carrying stress in the mind, but also within the body and nervous system. Even when someone consciously wanted to relax, let go, or move forward, the body could still be holding tension, guarding, overwhelm, or emotional protection patterns beneath the surface.
This gradually led me to explore a more integrated approach, blending hypnotherapy with nervous system awareness, gentle movement, breath, grounding, and somatic understanding.
I’ve become increasingly interested in the connection between the subconscious mind, emotional patterns, and the body’s stress responses — and how creating a sense of safety within the nervous system can allow deeper change to happen more naturally.
In some sessions and events, this may include gentle movement practices, awareness exercises, grounding techniques, or simply creating more space for people to reconnect with themselves in a calmer and more embodied way.
For me, this work is not about “fixing” people. It’s about helping people soften, reconnect, regulate, and gradually return home to themselves.
Hypnotherapy remains at the heart of what I do, but the way I work continues to evolve organically through experience, learning, and a deeper understanding of the mind–body connection.
With love,
Joti ❤️
