Every event I facilitate , whether it is group hypnotherapy, yoga, collaboration or retreat it is rooted in the same core intention: To regulate the nervous system, quiet the mental noise and create meaningful subconscious alignment.
 
Drawing from therapeutic hypnotherapy, awareness practice and principles of non-duality, my work gently supports people to move beyond surface relaxation and into deeper internal change.
 
Some events focus more on movement. Some focus more on hypnosis. Some are collaborative wellbeing experiences.
 
But at the heart of all of them is the same foundation: Presence. Awareness. Integration. Lasting shift.

An Evening of Kundalini Movement, Energy Flow & Subconscious Alignment

A Guided Evening Of Movement And Deep Subconscious Work
This is not simply a yoga class, and it is not simply a hypnosis session.
This evening has been carefully structured to prepare the body first — through Kundalini-based spinal movement and breathwork — so that the subconscious mind becomes more receptive and aligned during the guided hypnotherapy that follows.
By activating and regulating the nervous system before lying down, the mind settles more naturally. Resistance softens. Internal noise reduces. And deeper change becomes possible.
What We’ll Be Doing
The evening will include:
• Gentle warm-up and spinal preparation
• The Basic Spinal Energy Series (adapted and accessible)
• Short Sat Kriya meditation
• Guided relaxation
• Group hypnotherapy session focused on subconscious alignment
• Gentle grounding and integration
This is a balanced blend of movement, breath, awareness and therapeutic trance — designed to create both physical regulation and internal shift.
The Subconscious Alignment Element
Once the body has been prepared, you will be guided into a structured hypnosis process.
This is not stage hypnosis.
You remain aware and in control at all times.
The session will work with:
• Releasing subconscious resistance
• Regulating internal stress patterns
• Realigning intention and identity
• Creating internal coherence between mind and body
The goal is not performance or belief — but integration.
 Who This Is For

• Anyone feeling mentally busy or internally stuck

• Beginners and experienced practitioners alike
All movements can be adapted for different bodies. Chairs and modifications are welcome.

• Yoga mat
• Cushion and/or block 
• Blanket for relaxation

Important Information
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time to allow the session to begin calmly and on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the movement or hypnosis has begun, in order to protect the group space.

By booking this event, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in gentle movement and guided hypnotherapy.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or are currently receiving treatment for significant mental health concerns, please contact me prior to booking to discuss suitability.
All participants are responsible for working within their own limits.

Payment in full is required to secure your space.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.
