Every event I facilitate , whether it is group hypnotherapy, yoga, collaboration or retreat it is rooted in the same core intention: To regulate the nervous system, quiet the mental noise and create meaningful subconscious alignment.
 
Drawing from therapeutic hypnotherapy, awareness practice and principles of non-duality, my work gently supports people to move beyond surface relaxation and into deeper internal change.
 
Some events focus more on movement. Some focus more on hypnosis. Some are collaborative wellbeing experiences.
 
But at the heart of all of them is the same foundation: Presence. Awareness. Integration. Lasting shift.

A New Spirit Hypnotherapy Group Evening

 We often hear the phrase - 

“The body keeps the score.”

But how often do we truly stop and listen to what the body is trying to say?

 

So many of us live in states of tension, overwhelm, anxiety, emotional shutdown, pressure, or exhaustion — constantly pushing through life without realising that the body may be communicating something deeper beneath the surface.

 

This upcoming Spirit Hypnotherapy evening is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and begin listening differently.

 

Through gentle movement, breath, awareness, nervous system regulation, and deep subconscious hypnotherapy, we will explore how the body stores stress, emotions, protective patterns, and unprocessed experiences — and how healing can begin when the body finally feels safe enough to be heard.

 

The evening will include a gentle adaptation of the Kundalini Yoga “Kriya for Relaxation and Releasing Fear,” designed to help soften tension, guarding, and nervous system holding patterns within the body before moving into a deeply restorative guided hypnotherapy journey.

 

This will be a calm, nurturing, and beginner-friendly evening focused on:

 

– Reconnecting with the body  

– Releasing stored tension and emotional holding  

– Nervous system regulation and relaxation  

– Breath and embodied awareness  

– Subconscious healing and inner listening  

– Returning to a greater sense of safety, presence, and self-connection

 

Whether you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or simply in need of rest and reconnection, this evening is designed to support mind, body, and spirit in a gentle and compassionate way.

 

No previous yoga or hypnotherapy experience is needed.  

This evening is focused on awareness, regulation, and inner connection rather than performance or flexibility.
